Caroline is a qualified financial adviser. Her role extends across the firm, ensuring that we comply with all aspects of financial services regulation. An intrinsic element of this is quality control, which involves auditing the firm's internal procedures, to ensure the efficient compliant delivery of our services to our clients. Caroline is advised and supported by an independent firm of compliance consultants.
Career History:
Caroline has worked in the financial services world since leaving university where she gained a BSc in Economics and Business Economics. Before joining Cartlidge Morland in August 2005, she worked in the financial services department of an accountancy firm. She joined us in a senior administration role and has progressed to her essential role in compliance.
