Career History:
Demi entered the financial services sector in March 1982 rapidly progressing to specialisation in employee benefits. A significant part of Demi’s professional focus has been employee communications, especially for very large organisations. He established niche advisory firm Select Financial Solutions in 1995, which merged with Cartlidge Morland in 2007.
