Having been awarded the Advanced Financial Planning Certificate in 2002 Roger holds the Financial Planning Diploma and is a key member of the Cartlidge Morland Employee Benefits team, with a remit to provide employee benefits consultancy in respect of company pension schemes to our corporate clients. His long experience has been gained largely within the banking sector where he focussed on employer organisations and the provision of cost-effective employee benefit solutions.
Career History:
Several years as a senior corporate consultant providing consultancy to charitable as well as commercial organisations was followed by a move into the employee benefits consultancy division of HSBC Bank. Here Roger specialised in the implementation and support of group pension schemes. He subsequently moved to Cartlidge Morland bringing with him extensive commercial experience.
